Virat Kohli's wax statue will be installed at Jaipur Wax Museum in Nahargarh on World Heritage Day. Today, the first look of the statue has been unveiled.
The wax figure of cricket's run machine, Virat Kohli, made from wax, will be installed at Jaipur Wax Museum in Nahargarh on April 18 on the occasion of World Heritage Day. The museum administration today released the first look of the life-sized statue made of wax.
Recently, the star sports team also covered this wax statue made from Virat Kohli's wax, which will soon be displayed, especially before the IPL matches. Anoop Srivastava, founder-director of Jaipur Wax Museum, said demand had been coming from tourists for the past year to create a statue of Virat Kohli, especially from children and young people who are fans of Virat. Since Virat has also become a sports icon for children and youth, it was decided to install the wax statue of Virat Kohli made of wax in Jaipur Wax Museum after Sachin Tendulkar and Dhoni.
Since Virat's image on the field is of an aggressive cricketer, his aggressive attitude was chosen for the pose of the statue as well.
Under the creative direction of Anoop Srivastava, the wax figure has been prepared after about two months of hard work by the pair of Ganesh and Lakshmi. The weight of the wax-made Virat statue is 35 kilograms, while the height is 5 feet 9 inches. Virat's attire has been designed by Bollywood designer Bodh Singh.
Anoop said that regarding statue selection, it has always been a clear decision for us that more emphasis should be given to great personalities than celebrities in the museum, from whom our future generations can get inspiration. So far, a total of 44 wax statues have been installed in the museum.
Jaipur Wax Museum is the first such museum built in a nearly 300-year-old fort, and it is different from other museums in the world because here every wax figure is installed with a special set where each backdrop is adorned with handmade paintings, murals, special items related to the figure made of wax, an exclusive photo wall, and a special fragrance.
Another special feature of Jaipur Wax Museum is that in addition to the figures of the Jaipur Royal Family made from gold work, there are also unique glass pieces and inlaid palaces made of more than fifty lakh glass pieces.
Soon, two more historic figures will be installed in the royal court.
