Sakti (Chhattisgarh): An FIR has been registered against industrialist Anil Agarwal and several others following a fatal boiler explosion at a Vedanta power plant in Sakti district, which left around 20 workers dead and several injured.
The incident occurred at a unit operated by Vedanta Limited, triggering immediate rescue operations and drawing scrutiny over industrial safety standards at the facility.
