SpiceJet, India’s favourite airline, has announced the launch of six new flights connecting Mumbai to key domestic and international destinations, including a new daily non-stop service on the Mumbai–Jeddah–Mumbai sector, effective 5th July 2019.
With this launch, Mumbai becomes SpiceJet’s third Indian gateway to Jeddah, following Hyderabad and Kozhikode. The new route is expected to serve growing demand from pilgrims, business travelers, and tourists commuting between the two vibrant cities.
Flight SG 68: Departs Mumbai at 7:30 PM and arrives in Jeddah at 10:15 PM
Flight SG 69: Returns from Jeddah at 11:30 PM, arriving in Mumbai at 6:20 AM next day
Introductory fares: INR 12,399 (Mumbai–Jeddah) | INR 15,399 (Jeddah–Mumbai) (All-inclusive)
To enhance domestic connectivity from Mumbai, SpiceJet is also introducing:
Second daily frequencies on the Mumbai–Dehradun and Mumbai–Guwahati routes
A new direct flight between Guwahati and Bagdogra
All new flights will be operated with Boeing 737 Next-Generation aircraft, ensuring passenger comfort and reliability.

Expanding to Meet Demand
To meet rising travel needs and bridge the capacity shortfall in the Indian aviation market, SpiceJet has added 85 new flights since April 1, including:
54 flights to/from Mumbai
16 flights to/from Delhi
8 flights on the busy Mumbai–Delhi sector
Additionally, SpiceJet has recently launched new routes from Mumbai to Madurai, Jammu (via Srinagar), Dehradun, Guwahati, Jaipur, Amritsar, Mangalore, Coimbatore, and added frequencies to Goa, Chennai, Delhi, Patna, Hyderabad, and Kolkata.

SpiceJet’s growing global footprint from Mumbai includes upcoming launches to:
Bangkok (starting 17 May)
Hong Kong, Colombo, Dhaka, Riyadh, and Kathmandu (launch dates to follow)
