Renowned Ghazal singer Pankaj Udhas has passed away after a prolonged illness. His daughter Nayaab Udhas confirmed the news on social media. According to family sources, the singer of "Chitthi Ayee Hai" and "Aur Ahista Kijiye Baatein" took his last breath at a Mumbai hospital around 11 am. He was 72 years old. The last rites will be held on Tuesday.
