Jaipur, June 23, 2026: Rajasthan Foundation organized a virtual interaction with Rajasthan Foundation Chapters and Non-Resident Rajasthanis (NRRs) from across India and overseas, bringing together more than 200 participants, including investors, industry representatives, and community leaders.
The session focused on strengthening engagement with the global Rajasthani diaspora while highlighting emerging investment opportunities in the state. Officials from RIICO and the Industry Department presented details on land allotment procedures, industrial infrastructure, and policy support available to investors.
Key investment zones discussed included the Jodhpur-Pali-Marwar Industrial Area (JPMIA) and the Rajasthan Petro Zone, with presentations covering industrial development prospects, land cost recovery provisions, and opportunities under the state's plug-and-play model. Participants were also briefed on the Raj Nivesh Portal, aimed at streamlining investment facilitation and approvals.
Rajasthan Foundation Commissioner Dr. Manisha Arora said the state is conducting regular virtual engagements with the diaspora to encourage stronger economic collaboration. She noted that overseas Rajasthanis continue to express strong interest in expanding businesses and exploring investment opportunities in their home state.
The event also acknowledged the contribution of diaspora-led initiatives, including the “Karmabhoomi Se Matrubhoomi Abhiyan”, along with participation in social and educational development efforts across Rajasthan.
