Aravalli Conservation: 4,000 hectares of degraded land to be restored; security walls to prevent encroachment; native species plantation to boost wildlife and eco-tourism.
Farm Loans & Subsidies: ₹25,000 Cr interest-free loans for 35 lakh+ farmers; ₹800 Cr interest subsidy.
Seed & Compost Support: 2.5 lakh farmers to receive free advanced seeds; vermicompost units to be set up in every gram panchayat (₹135 Cr).
Mission Raj Gift: Market infrastructure and capacity expansion; ₹200 Cr for greenhouses/polytunnels for 4,000 farmers; ₹350 Cr for protective sheds in markets.
Irrigation & Water Security: 20,000 km fencing for crop protection with ₹228 Cr subsidy; 36,000 farm ponds with ₹585 Cr grant; 15,000 km irrigation pipeline and 8,000 tanks over 2 years.
Modern Farming Mechanization: ₹160 Cr subsidy for farm machinery; 500 new custom hiring centers (₹96 Cr) for farmers without equipment.
Micro-Irrigation & Solar Pumps: 3 lakh hectares to receive drip/sprinkler irrigation (₹1,340 Cr); 50,000 new solar pumps (₹1,500 Cr); total irrigation expansion budget ₹11,300 Cr.
