Audio Series platform Pocket FM has partnered with MoEngage to optimize customer engagement through an insights-led approach.
Prior to this collaboration, Pocket FM observed high engagement among active listeners on the app. However, the platform wanted to increase engagement, retention, and reactivation among non-active listeners.
With this partnership, MoEngage helped Pocket FM to contextualize communications according to the stage in the listener's lifecycle journey.
