Jaipur, April 9: Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Minister Madan Dilawar on Thursday reviewed various cases and official communications received in his office, directing officials to ensure their disposal within a maximum of 15 days.
During the review meeting held in the department’s conference hall, the minister sought updates from concerned officers on the progress of pending matters. He issued clear instructions that all letters and cases referred from his office must be resolved within the stipulated timeline, warning that unnecessary delays at any level would not be tolerated.
The minister also directed officials to prioritise long-pending matters and undertake regular monitoring to ensure timely action. He stressed that all officers must work with accountability and strictly adhere to the prescribed deadlines.
Emphasising administrative efficiency, Dilawar said the quality and transparency of case disposal must be maintained, so that the system becomes more effective, streamlined, and citizen-friendly.
He further instructed that strict action be initiated against any Chief Executive Officer who delays submission of reports or responses.
