Linde plc has named Sanjiv Lamba as its Chief Operating Officer, effective January 1, 2021. In his new role, Lamba will oversee Linde’s regional operations across the Americas, APAC, and EMEA, along with Linde Engineering, Lincare, and several global functions. He will report directly to CEO Steve Angel and relocate to Danbury, Connecticut.
Lamba brings over 31 years of experience at Linde, having held senior roles including EVP APAC and regional business head for South & Southeast Asia.
CEO Steve Angel expressed strong confidence in Lamba’s ability to drive performance and growth, emphasizing areas like digitalization, healthcare, electronics, and clean energy.
