Prayagraj Mahakumbh: IIT Baba Abhay Singh, who was part of the Juna Akhara at Mahakumbh and known for his spiritual practices, has left the Mahakumbh. His current whereabouts are unknown, and even the saints of the ashram are unaware of his location. On Thursday night, his parents visited the Juna Akhara’s 16 Madi Ashram to look for him, but he had already departed by then.
According to the saints of the ashram, Baba Abhay Singh had been under significant mental stress due to his continuous interactions with the media. He had given several interviews, some of which sparked controversies, prompting his decision to leave the ashram. His phone is currently switched off, leaving his followers and media personnel disappointed.
Baba Abhay Singh, an IIT Bombay alumnus from Jhajjar, Haryana, studied Aerospace Engineering. He later worked for an aircraft manufacturing company in Canada before returning to India and embarking on his spiritual journey. His family, initially unaware of his new path, discovered his whereabouts after seeing viral videos from the Mahakumbh. However, they have refrained from speaking much about the matter.
