IIM Calcutta and IIBF signed an MoU today to help train the next generation of leaders in the BFSI sector. This MoU enables the participants of the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of IIBF to spend a week at IIM Calcutta experiencing the latest in management and leadership.

We are delighted to cement our ongoing collaboration with the Indian Institute of Banking and Finance (IIBF) by signing this Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with them. IIBF has been an esteemed name in the banking sector. For close to a century now, IIBF has contributed immensely towards the capacity building of banking professionals at multiple levels. This MoU between IIM Calcutta and IIBF pertains to the Advanced Management Program (AMP) of IIBF. IIM Calcutta will endeavor to make the senior professionals enrolling in AMP experience the latest practices in the field of management and leadership. Through this MoU, IIM Calcutta has taken another step in its mission to develop innovative and ethical future leaders.

IIBF is extremely happy to continue the collaboration with IIM Calcutta, the oldest and one of the best management institutes of India for 'Advanced Management Programme' for banking and financial sector. The 10- month course has been specifically designed to equip the professionals with the key aspects of management. IIM, Calcutta brings the expertise through the renowned faculty to deliver different facets of management. This collaboration will greatly help the working professionals from BFSI sector to enhance their professional skills in the fast-changing financial ecosystem.
The Advanced Management Programme in Banking & Finance is designed to create a pipeline of leadership for the banking sector who will be future ready to take up various responsibilities and contribute to the India's growth story.
