Haribhau Bagde has expressed deep grief over the demise of former Uttarakhand Chief Minister Bhuvan Chandra Khanduri.
In his condolence message, the Governor prayed for peace to the departed soul and extended heartfelt sympathies to the bereaved family members. He also prayed that they receive strength to bear the loss.
