- 1 cup Chana Dal
- 1 cup Sugar
- 4 tablespoons Ghee
- 2 cups Milk
- ½ teaspoon Cardamom powder
- 2 tablespoons Grated coconut (optional)
- 2 tablespoons chopped Nuts (almonds, pistachios, or cashews)
- A pinch of Saffron strands (optional)
Instructions:
- Prepare the Fortune Chana Dal:
- Soak dal for 2-3 hours, then grind into a smooth paste.
