Udaipur-based world record-holding goldsmith, Dr. Iqbal Sakka, has crafted an ICC World Champion Trophy 2025 that is even smaller than a mustard seed and can pass through the eye of a needle. This trophy has been created for the ICC One-Day Champion World Cup, which will commence in Dubai on February 19.
Dr. Sakka stated that the winning team of the ICC World Champion tournament will be presented with this miniature trophy on behalf of the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) and the Government of India. He has written to the Honorable Prime Minister Narendra Modi, the Ministry of Sports, and the BCCI President to inform them about this unique creation.
To showcase this remarkable artwork to cricket enthusiasts, Dr. Sakka exhibited the trophy at popular tourist spots in Udaipur, including Doodh Talai, Fatehsagar Lake, Saheliyon Ki Bari, and Sukhadia Circle. Visitors from India and abroad admired the world's smallest artistic creation, even smaller than a mustard seed. Many expressed their hope that India wins the ICC Champion 2025 Trophy so that this miniature masterpiece becomes a symbol of pride for the nation.
