Several companies on Tuesday announced key developments across renewable energy, capital markets, and corporate governance, reflecting continued activity in India Inc.
ACME Solar Holdings said its wholly owned subsidiary ACME Sun Power Private Limited has commissioned an additional 33.333 MW / 160.480 MWh capacity of its Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project in Rajasthan on May 4, 2026. The commercial operations date is scheduled for May 6, taking the total commissioned capacity to 200.003 MW / 962.940 MWh.
In an overseas development, Camlin Fine Sciences announced it has filed a draft tender offer with the French markets regulator for acquiring the remaining shares of Vinpai at EUR 3.60 per share. The move follows its earlier acquisition of a majority stake in the company in November 2025. The offer has been deemed fair by an independent expert, and Vinpai’s board has issued a favourable opinion.
In the e-commerce space, Meesho granted 8,370 stock options under its ESOP 2024 plan. Each option is convertible into 49 equity shares, taking the total to over 4.1 lakh shares, with an exercise price of ₹1 per option.
Among promoter disclosures, Univastu India said its promoter and managing director Pradeep Khandagale, along with the promoter group, holding 67.46% stake, reported no encumbrance on shares for FY26 in compliance with SEBI regulations.
Indo Thai Securities said it will hold its 379th board meeting on May 7, 2026, to approve Q4 and FY26 results and consider a dividend. The trading window for insiders will remain closed until 48 hours after results declaration.
Meanwhile, Suncity Synthetics said shareholders approved all resolutions at its EGM held on April 30. These include an increase in authorised share capital and alteration of the main objects clause, with overwhelming majority support.
