Little Miss Muffet Hosts Baking Workshop for Underprivileged Children
Little Miss Muffet, a European-style café and bakery located at MGF Mall, Saket, recently conducted a special experiential baking session for children from Udyam Trust.
The initiative is part of the café’s academy-cum-bakery concept, which combines culinary learning with hands-on training. The session introduced children to baking activities such as making cakesicles and cake pops from scratch, offering them an interactive and creative learning experience.
After the workshop, the children were hosted for lunch and were also gifted notebooks, stationery kits, and chocolates as a gesture of encouragement.
The café team highlighted that culinary arts can serve as a meaningful developmental activity for children, especially those from underprivileged backgrounds, helping them explore creativity, confidence, and life skills beyond conventional education. They emphasized that baking can be an inclusive and accessible form of learning that nurtures both skill development and emotional expression.
The initiative was described by the team as a mutually enriching experience, where employees and participants engaged in a day filled with learning, compassion, and shared enjoyment, reinforcing the value of empathy-driven community engagement.
