Entrance examination for admission to Jamia Schools for the academic session 2024-25 began today at Jamia Millia Islamia(JMI). Entrance test for admission to class six was conducted today at 16 test centres. Prof. Saeed Uddin, Professor In-charge, Office of the Controller of Examinations, JMI said that a total of about 8200 candidates participated in entrance test at these 16 test centres. Fifteen test centres were setup on the campus and one outside the campus.
Prof. Eqbal Hussain, Officiating Vice Chancellor of JMI visited various examination centres on the university campus to see the arrangements. Officiating Registrar Mr. Mohd. Hadis Lari and other officials of the university were also with him during the visit.
Entrance test for class 9th will be conducted tomorrow. Entrance exam for admission to undergraduate, postgraduate and other courses of the university will begin from 25th April, 2024.
