False stories and fabricated evidence are being used with the motive of ending Arvind Kejriwal's political career and undermining the Aam Aadmi Party, according to AAP MP Sanjay Singh (@SanjayAzadSln). This statement comes a day after the Rouse Avenue Court granted Kejriwal bail in the excise policy case.

Singh pointed out that the trial court's order referenced an interim bail order from the Supreme Court, which noted that "Arvind Kejriwal has no criminal history, is not a threat to society, the entire matter has been pending since August 2022, and his name is not mentioned in the CBI FIR."
