India will resume their first innings at the overnight score of 273 for three against South Africa on day two of the second test at Pune. Captain Virat Kohli at 63 and Ajinkya Rahane at 18 were at the crease when stumps were drawn yesterday due to poor light.
Giving India a solid start Mayank Agarwal made 108, his second Test century in successive matches, while Cheteshwar Pujara scored 58. Kagiso Rabada took all the three wickets for South Africa. Earlier, Kohli, playing his 50th test as captain won the toss and chose to bat first.
India lead the three-match series 1-Nil winning first test by comprehensive 203 runs at Visakhapatnam.
