President Droupadi Murmu will address the nation this evening on the eve of the Republic Day. The address will be broadcast live from 7:00 PM on all national channels of All India Radio and telecast in Hindi on all Doordarshan channels.
Following the Hindi broadcast, the address will also be aired in English. After the national telecast in Hindi and English, Doordarshan’s regional channels will broadcast the President’s address in various regional languages. All India Radio will similarly air the address on its regional channels in regional languages from 9:30 PM onwards.
The customary address on the eve of Republic Day highlights key national issues and reflects on the country’s progress, challenges, and aspirations.
