Tata Power Skill Development Institute (TPSDI), a training and skill development initiative of Tata Power, was honoured with the Best Project Award in the Education & Skill Training category at the third edition of The CSR Journal Excellence Awards held in New Delhi.
The recognition was awarded for TPSDI’s significant contribution towards addressing the skill gap in India’s power and allied sectors. Among projects shortlisted from across the country, TPSDI stood out for successfully scaling its training operations and training over 50,000 individuals within four years, while maintaining high-quality standards and strong placement outcomes.
The award was presented by Shri Kishan Reddy, Minister of State for Home Affairs, Government of India, to Mr. Mukul Saxena and Mr. Shivadas Nair of Tata Power Skill Development Institute at Vigyan Bhavan, New Delhi.
