Gurugram, 2 March 2026: Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd. (SMIPL), the two-wheeler subsidiary of Suzuki Motor Corporation, Japan today announced its sales performance for February 2026.
Registering a year-on-year growth of 37% in February 2026, SMIPL reported total sales of 1,23,299 units during the month compared to 89,966 units sold in February 2025. Domestic sales stood at 1,01,071 units in February 2026, up 38% from 73,215 units recorded in the same month last year. Exports contributed 22,228 units during the month, marking a 33% growth compared to 16,751 units exported in February 2025.
Commenting on the performance, Mr. Deepak Mutreja, Vice President – Sales & Marketing, Suzuki Motorcycle India Pvt. Ltd., said, “Our performance in February 2026 reflects the continued trust and unwavering support of our customers and dealer partners and we are sincerely thankful to them. Through continuous engagement with riders and communities, we create more opportunities for customers to experience Suzuki two-wheelers in real-world conditions. We will continue to prioritize customer engagement and deliver products & services that add meaningful value in their everyday mobility.”
Additionally, SMIPL’s spare parts sales recorded revenue of INR 893.6 Million in February 2026 registering am 18% growth over last year.
Other Highlights
In February 2026, SMIPL enhanced its portfolio with the launch of the Suzuki Access featuring a single channel Anti-Lock Braking System (ABS).
The company expanded its retail footprint with the inauguration of Kanak Suzuki in Dehradun (Uttarakhand) and marked its entry into Sikkim with its first dealership in Gangtok. With this, SMIPL has now established its presence across all States of India.
Continuing its focus on community engagement, SMIPL hosted the Hyderabad edition of its flagship motorcycling festival, Suzuki Matsuri, which witnessed participation from more than 3,700 riders and customers. SMIPL also participated at Anime India 2026 in Kolkata and rolled out the Nationwide Suzuki Motofest campaign.
On-ground customer engagement initiatives during the month included GIXER Pit Stop events in Kolkata, Hyderabad, Kozhikode, and Nagpur; V-Strom Experience Day in Vadodara, and the Suzuki Access Mileage Contest in Angul (Odisha) and Rupnagar (Ropar, Punjab).
