Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar, founder of The Art of Living, will address the keynote for the QS I-GAUGE-hosted "Institution of Happiness (IOH) Conclave 2024." IOH conclave 2024 will be held at the Ritz-Carlton, Bangaluru, on 14 November 2024, dedicated to advancing mental health, happiness, and well-being within educational institutions.
IOH Conclave 2024 aims to address the critical mental health challenges faced by students and educators in India, highlighting the need for educational institutions to prioritize well-being and will bring together thought leaders, educators, founders, Directors Vice Chancellors, Teachers, Mental health professionals, and Policymakers.

QS I-GAUGE’s Institution of Happiness Survey provides schools, colleges, and universities with tools to assess and enhance happiness and well-being among students and faculty. Participating institutions receive a comprehensive report on survey results, allowing them to develop strategies that foster supportive, balanced learning environments.
"Joyful students and educators create thriving educational communities, our survey and awards program recognises these efforts, helping raise awareness and provide actionable insights for policy and practice." further added Mr. Nair.
Key objectives include:
- Examining mental health challenges specific to students and educators
- Promoting awareness of the importance of mental health in learning environments
- Reconnecting with traditional Indian knowledge systems like Yoga to enhance well-being
- Developing a policy framework and actionable strategies for integrating mental health practices into education
Gurudev Sri Sri Ravi Shankar will also release the findings of the Institution of Happiness (IOH) survey 2024. Compiled from responses from nearly 2 Lakh students and teachers across 16 States and 1 Union Territory, The Institution of Happiness (IOH) survey 2024 aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of how happiness and well-being are perceived and experienced within educational environments, ultimately aiding institutions in nurturing a culture of happiness.
In addition to enlightening panel discussions and workshops, the Institution of Happiness Awards will celebrate institutions demonstrating outstanding commitment to fostering positive mental health, well-being, and safe, enriching environments for students and staff.
