Under the Special Intensive Revision Programme (SIR-2026), following the instructions of the Election Commission of India, BLOs (Booth Level Officers) are visiting households to assist voters in filling revision forms, a process continuing until 4 December.
In Jaipur district, 4,18,902 revision circulars were distributed over the past two days. District Election Officer Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni inspected the distribution work in Kishanpol Assembly Constituency on Wednesday. He took feedback from officials and personnel involved in the election process and appealed to all voters to actively participate by cooperating with BLOs in filling the revision forms. He emphasized that voters should provide information as accurately as possible so that their mapping can be done with reference to the previous electoral roll.
Jaipur Deputy District Election Officer Mr. Meghraj Meena informed that, following the directives of District Election Officer Dr. Jitendra Kumar Soni, BLOs are distributing revision circulars door-to-door, and EROs (Electoral Registration Officers) are conducting continuous field inspections.
