Jaipur, July 10, 2025:
Minister of State for Home Affairs, Shri Jawahar Singh Bedham, on Thursday inaugurated the newly constructed Shri Adi Gaud Brahmin Dharamshala in Sherpur village, located in the Ramgarh sub-division of Alwar district. He cut the ceremonial ribbon and participated in the felicitation ceremony held on the occasion.
Speaking at the event, Shri Bedham stated that lakhs of devotees hold deep faith in the temple of Saint Baba Lal Das Ji situated in Sherpur. The dharamshala, built by the Adi Gaud Brahmin community, will provide convenience and benefit to the visiting devotees. He further mentioned that the state government is planning to establish a Gurukul and kitchen facilities at the site. He emphasized that Gurukuls play a vital role in connecting children to the values of Sanatan Dharma.
Shri Bedham also extended his gratitude to the donors (Bhamashahs) of the Adi Gaud Brahmin community for their generous contribution towards the construction of the dharamshala.
On this occasion, Ramgarh MLA Shri Sukhwant Singh, District President Shri Ashok Gupta, Shri Pankaj Dixit, along with several dignitaries and a large number of local residents, were present.
