Revenue Minister Shri Ramlal Jat reached Bemali Chauraha in Kareda Tehsil of Bhilwara district on Friday, where he flagged off the ‘Mewar Mangra Marathon’. He encouraged the youth by running with them. Shri Jat honored the participants with prizes after the marathon.
On this occasion, the Revenue Minister said that as per Chief Minister Ashok Gehlot’s intention of ‘Khelega Rajasthan Jeetega Rajasthan’, Rajiv Gandhi Rural Olympic Games was successfully organized in Rajasthan. Awareness about sports has increased among the general public through rural Olympic Games. Children, young and old people of all ages participated in these games. For a healthy body and a healthy mind, sports need to be included in the daily routine. He said that only when people are healthy, a strong India will be built.
He boosted the morale of all the participants participating in the marathon and said that through such sports events, talent will be developed and the players will progress. Through these competitions, Chief Minister Shri Ashok Gehlot’s concept of “Hit Rajasthan-Fit Rajasthan” and “Nirogi Rajasthan” will be fulfilled. He also wished everyone a Happy Diwali.
