Kotputli-Behror, Jun 25, 2026: The lottery for Senior Citizen Pilgrimage Scheme 2026 was completed in Kotputli-Behror district on Wednesday, with 496 senior citizens selected for pilgrimage under the Rajasthan government’s scheme.
According to the district administration, the lottery was conducted at the District Collectorate auditorium in the presence of the district-level committee based on online applications received under the scheme. Officials said the draw was carried out through the online portal after a three-time demo to ensure transparency in the selection process.
Out of the 496 beneficiaries included in the main selection list, 54 senior citizens have been selected for air travel, while 442 beneficiaries will undertake the pilgrimage by train. Along with the main list, the administration has also released a waiting list of 496 applicants and an unselected list of 338 applicants.
Selected applicants will be able to check their names through the official online portal. In addition, the district administration said the beneficiary list will also be displayed at the District Collectorate auditorium on Jun 29, 2026 for public convenience.
