Amidst the Corona pandemic hitting globally and recession declared by International Monetary Fund (IMF), the B-school management grads enrolled in 2018-20 batch of IIM-Ranchi have successfully completed the final placements session in the MBA and MBA-HR programmes and bagged high-ending placement packages.
With a batch size of 248 students in total, the institute had over 120 companies offering diverse roles during the placement drive scheduled much earlier in the month of March. The highest international package offered for MBA programme stood at a CTC of Rs. 59.37 lacs per annum while the average package offered remained at a CTC of Rs. 15.11 lacs per annum in the B-school located in Ranchi.
In the MBA-HR course programme, the highest CTC offered remained at Rs. 26.50 lacs per annum and the average for the batch was at Rs. 14.55 lacs per annum. The recent placements ended had seen recruitment from major Indian firms and organisations including Tata Steel, Mahindra & Mahindra, Emami Agrotech, HCL, RITES, RPG, GAIL, HP and C K Birla to name a few.
