In observance of World Tribal Day, declared as a government holiday by the State Government on August 9, 2024, all non-government schools are instructed to observe a holiday on this date. Should any non-government school be found operating during an inspection by higher authorities/signatories, action will be taken under Section 8(k) of the Rajasthan Non-Government Educational Institutions Act, 1989 and Rules, 1993, as amended in 2011. The responsibility for ensuring compliance will lie with the concerned institution head.
All are required to ensure strict adherence to this order.
