Jaipur, January 12. The Secretary of Cooperative, Ms. Shuchi Tyagi, and the Registrar of Cooperatives, Ms. Archana Singh, held a departmental meeting on Friday after assuming their responsibilities. They extensively discussed the 17 innovations being implemented by the department, providing detailed directions for the timely completion of tasks. Ms. Tyagi instructed the Cooperative Hiring Centers to assess the income of committees. She also directed the collection of detailed information on warehouses in a dilapidated condition.
The Secretary and Registrar were briefed on departmental activities through a presentation. They discussed various topics, including the credit sector of banks, recruitment in central cooperative banks, the procurement process for farmers, the Tilam Sangh, the status of Primary Land Development Cooperative Banks, printing activities through the press, AEPS, Cooperative Hiring Centers, and the election process for committees.
Ms. Tyagi emphasized that through innovations under the Cooperative Ministry's Cooperative Mission for Prosperity, cooperative committees should be strengthened so that the public can benefit from these innovations. She suggested increasing the innovations while keeping the needs of the state in mind. Registrar Archana Singh obtained information about the progress of the PM Kisan Samman Nidhi scheme and instructed the immediate resolution of issues related to farmers.
The meeting delved into a detailed discussion on the 100-day action plan. On this occasion, Joint Secretary, Mr. Abu Bakr, along with departmental officials, was present at the meeting.
