Eaton has a well-structured approach which along with several programs and initiatives cover women from all age-groups, societal strata and educational levels. The company supports girl students at schools in Maharashtra under their iTeach program, it also runs a pan India educational scholarship program called ‘Pratibha’ for women engineering talent at both undergraduate and post-graduate levels. This scholarship program recognizes exceptional women students in India’s leading engineering institutions, assessing them not only on academic excellence but also on their co-curricular achievements.

Another such program that the company runs for young women is Udayan Shalini Fellowship. It is a personality development program supported by mentors for deserving and talented girls from weak socio-economic backgrounds.

Overall, the organization has supported more than 1400 women engineers in Maharashtra.
